When it comes to equal pay in sports, women are making progress. Milestones like the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team’s fight for equal pay, the WNBA’s hugely improved collective bargaining agreement, and USA Track and Field’s new maternity policy are all signs that women’s sports are undoubtedly moving in the right direction.
